Sundays Don’t Have to Be Depressing Anymore.

Sunday sunday sunday.

It used to be one of my least favorite days because of what I knew I was going back to Monday morning.More of the same. Mediocrity. 9-5. Yuck.

Do you have trouble with doubt?
Doubting yourself?
Doubting going out on your own?
Doubting your sales abilities?
Doubting breaking out of the 9-5?
Doubting EVERYTHING?Maybe even doubting doubt?! Crazytown. I know the feeling all too well.

As kids, we’re generally pretty fearless and competent. We know what we can do and just do it. Or learn it. Or practice it.Then, the teenage years set in where nobody has a damn clue of who they are and where they’re going. We try and fit in – or just can’t help but stand out.In college or university, we think that we’re starting to figure things out. Or are just completely lost. And then realize at the end of it (or if you’re like me – in the first year) that this was really kind of pointless.

Not because traditional education is a bad thing. But because they don’t teach you how to break out of the Matrix of the 9-5 or 9-6 job and live the good life with no alarm clocks, bosses or worries about pleasing someone.

In fact, they teach you how to be a follower. Clock in and clock out and put your time in.

In my years after college is when I started to learn a whole lot about stuff that really mattered: life, spirituality, business, entre-preneurship, helping others and certainly relationships. Hard lessons. And awesome ones too.

My most prized education has come from my virtual “mentors” who are not only materially wealthy, but spiritually and mentally doing awesome. And I spend pennies compared to what I get.I’m going to write to you about one who I just can’t say enough about: Grant Cardone. And talk to you about how to starve your doubts and feed your passions. Actually, your obsessions (good ones of course). He’s gone from a hopeless, drug-addicted 20- something-year-old to being one of the world’s leading sales figures and legends, as well as a social media expert. He’s worth over 300 million dollars and runs several companies.

And I get personal mentoring from him everyday. How? Through his audio programs.Being connected and listening on a daily basis to authors read their own books to you on Audible is one of the best ways to overcome any kind of fear, doubt, depression, insecurity, etc.

I’m currently listening to his “Be Obsessed or Be Average” book which is unbelievable – but be warned: it’s only for those people who want to be truly successful in ALL of areas of their life. Not just those who are mone.y-fixated. Although there is nothing wrong with it all when obtained ethically and honestly. He says that we can actually starve our doubts and fears by pouring the fuel on our passions.

How do we do that? One way is to write down your HUGE goals every morning and every night.

Doing it every New Year is a death sentence.

Think about it… Did Richard Branson, Elon Musk and Martin Luther King, Jr. only think about their huge goals every year?Hellllllll no!Every morning they’d wake up knowing what they wanted to create and go to sleep thinking about those things. Maybe they didn’t write them down. But they had all of their attention on their goals newly. Every. Single. Day.And then they acted with enough intensity and passion that there were no time for doubts.

What are you big goals? Dreams? Lifestyle ambitions?

When is the last time you wrote them down? Are you working toward them actively with your internet business? If not, then your life will be filled with doubt. And depression. And anxiety. And all that funkiness. How could it be filled with anything else if you aren’t taking the steps (sometimes scary) to actually get what you want?

Dominick Pirone
